ADHD at Work compares real, specific products and tools for adults managing focus, time blindness, sensory sensitivity, and task overwhelm at work — in both English and Japanese.
Who writes this
This site is written and researched by a Japan-based professional. We’re not a large editorial team, and we don’t claim a personal ADHD diagnosis — we write for and research alongside people navigating these challenges, drawing on published product specs, manufacturer data, and publicly available user feedback rather than presenting fabricated personal stories.
How we research
Most comparisons on this site are built from manufacturer-published specifications and verified product listings, not hands-on testing — we say so explicitly in every article. Where we have actually purchased and used a product ourselves, we’ll say that clearly instead. We never invent reviews, numbers, or experiences.
We also flag honestly when a product’s marketing doesn’t match its likely audience, and we note real drawbacks for every product we cover — not just the positives.
How this site makes money
ADHD at Work participates in the Amazon Associates Program (US and Japan) and select SaaS affiliate programs. When you buy something through our links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects which products we choose to compare or what we say about them.
What this site is not
This site is not medical advice, and nothing here should be read as a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or substitute for professional care. If focus, sensory, or executive-function difficulties are significantly affecting your life, please consider talking to a healthcare provider.
